Took me almost a year to take the step which perhaps could have been so beneficial for me if taken earlier.

But as they say, things happen for a reason, I guess my reason was pretty much evident in this case. I still remember the very first session with Mam, walking through that door, and how she calmly listened to my issues that clearly shows the level of empathy she has towards her patients.

As the number of sessions progresses I was more comfortable and somewhat confident in expressing myself. She was more like a friend rather than a doctor who can guide you to the next course of action that is required. One thing peculiar about Mam is that she always has a solution to any problem you come up with.

Also, she made me realize that one must learn to value themselves and how it is sometimes okay to say no.

Like a life mentor, always by my side assuring me that things will be back to normal and I can happily say that she did exactly what she promised me.

Looking back at the mess I was two to three months back, no hopes of getting any better, always thinking of a bleak future ahead Shilpi Mam turns out to be a savior.

Making sure that little medication is needed she is always there with a beautiful smile. Never in my life, I loved clinics or hospitals but with Shilpi Mam, it was completely different. Surely after 4-5 years when I will be thinking of all the memories that I have created in such a short period of time it will be accompanied with a smile, which will remind me of one of the best decisions that I have ever taken. These sessions cum Pep talk are the memories of a lifetime always pushing me towards something better.

And in the end, I have learned one of the most important lessons from a special person that whatever or how big the problem is, try and stay as calm and happy as you can, also how important is to be with the people who value you and your efforts.

I came to Dr. Shilpi at a diffi cult point in my marriage, not entirely sure what I was looking for but knowing I needed help making sense of things. From the very fi rst session, what stood out was how completely non-judgmental she is. There’s never any pressure to feel a certain way — she creates a space where you can be fully honest without fear of being misunderstood.

What she's helped me with most is seeing things I simply couldn't see on my own. When you're in the middle of something as emotionally charged as a marriage, it's hard to see the other person's perspective. Dr. Shilpi has a quiet, perceptive way of helping you understand your own patterns, your blind spots, and the dynamics at play without ever making you feel like you're being judged for them.

Every session left me with more clarity than I walked in with. She listens carefully, asks thought provoking questions, and helps you understand yourself and your relationships better. I'd highly recommend her to anyone going through something diffi cult in their personal life, especially if they've been carrying it alone for too long.

At the time I met Dr Shilpi I was in a bad shape of mental health. I had too many questions some were very desperate . Dr Shilpi was very patient, friendly and genuine. She gave me extremely reasonable and doable explanations and solutions to my insights. I am extremely happy to have met her. I have been dealing my anxiety and depression for more than 6 years with a downslide situation and felt I will never be out of it. My 3 months of treatment at Mindful TMS made me come out of it. I had forgotten what it felt to be normal. I still remember the first time in years I had a peaceful sleep and then waking up fresh felt like. It was overwhelmingly joyous. I am grateful to my friend who recommended mindful TMS and to Dr Shilpi along with Dr Govil who helped me come out of my dark phase.

I feel alive every moment now.

This space is too small for me to jot down my experience, but Incase you badly want to have a depression free life then blindly without second thought just get up and go to mindful TMS, you will feel fulfilled after all your struggles of battling anxiety disorder and depression.

I visited Dr Shilpi Sharma for treatment of my son age 18. Dr Shilpi is very friendly in nature and listens patient and parents with passions so patient can easily share his problem which is most important when you visit a psychologist. She guided my son, good in his studies who is preparing for a reputed exam but lost his rhythm and confidence due to some unfortunate circumstances, to see life and career in a broader aspect and focus on his strength and remember what he has achieved in past to regain lost confidence. She advised us to not discuss bad memories of past that helped my son to come out of the situation and regain his confidence. Due to guidance of Dr Shilpi my son appeared for various competitive exams and qualified for a reputed University. He is still under guidance of Dr Shilpi. Dr. Shilpi Sharma is more than a doctor, very kind dedecated ,put maximum efforts to help patients. There's no words to show my appreciation to her. She is very punctual, doesn't wast patient's time. We understand her advices very well and follow them up, which are very beneficial.

While applying TMS, she is very accurate in targeting the right area and get better results.

I met Shilpi for my OCD and anxiety related issues. Along with the counselling session, I also took TMS therapy with her which is a kind of alternative treatment for OCD .Shilpi has really been instrumental in helping me control my Intrusive thoughts and overcoming compulsions which come with OCD and Anxiety Disorders .

She instilled confidence and put me at ease so that I could share my mind . She is extremely patient in listening and very tactful in explaining one's problems with sensitivity . She kinda made me understand the real reason behind my intrusive thoughts, and taught me really effective coping techniques. She is very sweet , friendly and carries immense knowledge and experience in her field.

I have been consulting Dr. Shilpi for stress, anxiety, as well as situational and emotional challenges, and I’m extremely grateful for the support I’ve received. She created a safe, non-judgmental space where I’ve felt truly heard and understood.

Her insight, patience, and empathetic approach have helped me gain clarity and develop healthier coping mechanisms. With her guidance, I’ve been able to make meaningful progress in managing my emotions and improving my relationships.

-My appointment was 19:00 in the evening. The doctor was kind of exhausted I felt. - My main issue was attention deficit and difficulty concentrating. The doctor didn't offer any solutions towards it. dr. shilpi has helped me gain my confidence and my personality back, these 2-3 months of therapy have been so so helpful. i was struggling with mental health issues since over an year, completely ignored it, but eventually i started having physical symptoms. lost all confidence, couldn’t even step out of my room. the therapy sessions worked out pretty well for me because she listens to your problems and i guess i just needed to vent out all my emotions to become stronger. i give her all the credit for me being mentally strong and filled with so much confidence. she’s been super friendly, warm, and a great listener. solved all my issues and made me realise that i shouldn’t obsess over my future goal so much that it affects my health, instead i should just put in my 100% and wait for the results. she taught me how to accept things and move on. i’m super grateful. i think she’s the most warm and welcoming person.

The treatment was for my mother who was experiencing psychological distress and I had visited a few doctors prior coming to Dr Shilpi. She made herself available on telephone first and understood my mothers issue and called me for consultation with her first before directing me to Dr Sandeep Govil. I am very grateful to Dr Shilpi for understanding and assessing my mothers condition. She was in no hurry and gave full attention. she gave me a lot of confidence that my mothers issue can be treated and I shouldn’t worry. She was very calming and sensitive to the facts we stated.
