I had rescheduled my appointment from 12 to 13th. Nov through your website. At the time is rescheduling your website did not confirm instantly but later on to my surprise I found my appointment was rescheduled for 12 eve instead of 13th which wasn’t convenient for me n was too late for me to respond!! I missed my appointment because of your inability to manage appointment!!
As the Dr is very particular about appointments I find u hv put me in an uncomfortable situation by missing his appointment!!
