Doctor didn’t diagnose the things completely due to which my wife had to face lot of trouble. She had pain in her left ear and we visit the doctor post which he removed the wax . I asked him to check the right ear as well but he said it’s fine. However, when we came back home , my wife experienced extreme pain in her right ear and when I reached out to doctor then he asked us to visit the clinic again and said it could be due to ear infection. This response was really frustrating as he didn’t check properly when we visited the clinic and why should we pay the consultation fee again and again ? In addition to that , 1000 was charged for wax removal from 1 ear which was pretty expensive.

We visited Dr. Kamal Goyal (got his reference from Practo) more than an year back to consult as my wife was having terrible pain in her ear which he perfectly diagnosed and removed all the wax blocking her ear drum. Yesterday after almost 1.5 years we again visited him and told him that we need ear wax removal (there was no consulting, we knew what we wanted) from both ears and this guy charged an whooping amount of 2700 RS (700 for consulting, 1000 for one ear and another 1000 for the second ear). I got the work done, good job, but while I was in his clinic, I called up few ENT’s and the cost of just getting ear wax cleaned was a lot less. *** **** ***** **** ** ****** ** ** ** *** *** *** **** ** **** **** ** ***** ** ****** ***** ***** **** **** * ** ***** **** ** **** ********* ******* ****** *** **** *** *** **** *** **** ** ** * ********** *****

After I had third visit to his clinic on 14th April, Dr Kamal prescribed Acetik ear drops (Acetic acid) and use of olive oil along with anti-allergic tabs ( BAST-M).. Acetik ear drops were not available in the market. I finally got them (after 2-3 days) through online pharmacy as suggested . Used then together with Olive oil and anti allergic tabs.* * ********* ** *** ******* *** ***** * *** *** **** ******* **** ****** ***** *** **** ** **** **** In fact I had come to Dr Kamal only for itching , but we then discovered wax, which was removed.

Because of physical handicap it was physically in convenient for me to visit his clinic. I requested him to kindly prescribe any medicine for itching without asking me to visit his clinic again, since I had visited thrice only. And he had checked my ears thrice. There was no reply to my repeated Emails.

How can a Doctor leave a patient in the middle of treatment. He had already charged twice for consultation and twice for wax removing. * ** ***** **** *** ****** ** **** ********* ****** *** ************* **** ******* ** *** ********* Hope we will become more patient friendly.

Visited on 10th Oct, the doctor was very friendly and explained the issue in good detail. The place was hygienic and the doctor and all staff were in PPE kits.He even allowed us to click photos while showing the insides of the ear during the process. Would definitely recommend.

First of all its a very small safocating clinic with no management, no waiting area and stinky corridor where you have to wait for your turn and coming to the doctor and treatment it's very expensive as doctor charged 2200₹ only for cleaning ear wax which other nearby doctors does it for 1/4 th price, overall not at all satisfied with the treatment and doctor.

The issue is Doctor is very expansive. The doctor is taking ₹700 consultations fee and plus ₹1000 for ear wax removal (single ear -I believe). ***** ******* ** **** **** *************

Additionally, my appointment was at 7:30 pm and i waited for 30 mins after receptionist asked to wait for 10 mins. After waiting 30 mins they asked to wait for more time.

I got to see the excess wax that had accumulated in my right ear through a camera used by Dr. Goyal. He explained the issue well and gave suggestions on how to take care of the ears and what precautions to follow. Although we couldn't figure out why the issue occured only in the right ear but I was satisfied with the overall experience. I do feel that the process was expensive with Rs. 1,900 charged for wax removal in one ear (including consultation fees)

Clearly one of the best doctors I have ever consulted and got treatment and prescription from. He was kind, humane, professional and to the point. *** **** *** ** *** ****** *** ******* *** i wish all doctors would hear their patient and treat them as patiently and effectively as he did. 🙏🏼

I was suffering from Ear pain past 2 weeks and then I took consultation of Dr Kamal Goyal.. ****** *** **** ** ******* ******* ** ** ** **** **** ** **** ****** Every time when I met he took 700 ( consultation) + 1000 rupees for ear cleaning ( only one side ear ) and I took 3 consultation and everytime he told me that the situation is bad and even dare me for operation and said come in my clinic in every three days ... *** **** * *** ** ******** ***** * *** ********** * ******* ******** * *** ***** **** ******** * ********* ** **** * **** ******** **** **** **** **** **** ** ** *** **.... So believe me beware of him .....
