As you enter the Clinuc, one is impressed by the cleanliness and elegance of the waiting room. Pleasing assistants who check on you and details, give you protective gears -- head cover, foot cover bag, gloves etc to protect you from gerns.

Doctor Swapnil, welcomes you with warmth and friendliness. His tone calms your fears and puts your nervousness to rest. He examines your teeth with care and explains what's wrong with your teeth in a simple, understanding and convincing manner. He doesn't alarm you with bombastic terminology. He breaks your problem in parts and makes it simple and gives clarity to the issue. Very professional in approach and excellent diagnosis. .

The machines and implements he uses are in tune to the latest modern technology. The interiors are very artistically done....the lighting and the ambience soothes your nerves and with light music in the background...one experiences a feeling of wellness and healing. The whole visit is experiential. My family has been Dr Swapnil's patients for years and we have no regrets only positivity and super healing that radiates from him. Superb interpetsonal relations and nominal fees. GO FOR Dr Swapnil's ortho centre. You will live it.

Bad experience as a patient. I did root canaling here in 2019 November. I had paid INR 10000 for the crown and was told that there is a 7 years warranty on it. From the very start, I had felt that the fitting of the crown was improper, and my jaw would not close completely. But the doctor told me that it will become okay with time. I regularly brush twice a day, and also floss regularly.

In 2020, the crown came out while I was eating. I never chewed anything hard or sticky, but it came out while having normal food (rice and daal). On consulting the doctor again, he fixed it, and said that it was rare for the crown to come out like this. He also assured me that it should be okay now. But I still was not comfortable with the fitting.

Recently in Jan 2022, the same issue repeated again. The crown came out while having normal food. On reporting again, the doctor said this was happening probably because of sticky food like Eclairs/chocolate. I told him that I never have Eclairs or chocolate especially with this side of my mouth. On asking for a refund, he simply said that unless the crown is damaged, no refund is applicable, and I should just visit a dentist whenever it comes out again. Now I am shifting to Bangalore, and if it comes out again (I know it will), I will again have to pay for the fix. There is no consideration for the hassle I have to face as a patient.

People should avoid this clinic, *** **** ***** ** ****** **** ******

I want to sincerely thank Dr. Swapnil Gupta for the way he solved my dental problem. Walking into the clinic, I was nervous and unsure, but the way he patiently listened, explained each step in simple words, and gave me the confidence to go ahead made all the difference. The treatment itself was handled with such skill and care that what I thought would be a painful experience turned out to be completely smooth and reassuring.

It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such warmth and empathy. Dr. Gupta not only treated the issue but also took away the fear I had about dental procedures. * ***** **** * *** ** **** ****** *** I walked out relieved and smiling.

As a person who gets severe anxiety around injections and medical tools, I must say it was nothing as I anticipated. I was extremely nervous about my RCT procedure as I have heard it's a dreaded treatment. However, Dr. Swapnil Gupta made it so smooth that I can't even explain.
