Ovum Woman & Child Speciality Hospital, Banashankari

My son Vrishank Karthik tested positive for dengue fever on Tuesday 21st May. We visited Ovum hospital for consultation with Dr Eash Hoskote on Monday evening during which he suggested blood test for a range of issues as the high fever had not subsided for over 4 days. Vrishank's matter was handled with great care by both the duty doctor on Tuesday who consulted with Dr Eash and suggested him getting hospitalized for further monitoring and care. It's been a testing time for us but the hospital stay has been very comforting as we felt safe under the observation of Dr Rishi & Dr Keshav Murthy who regularly visited the child and kept up with his progress.

Dr Eash also visited Vrishank twice during the day and personally ensured his recovery was going as per expectation. His input and output were very constantly strictly monitored.

Overall we received great care and personal assistance from all the doctors here at Ovum. They maintain great hygiene in the rooms and all our needs were taken care of by the courteous hospital staff and all the nurses.

We thank all of you at Ovum and especially Dr Eash and his team of doctors for the great care and support during this difficult time for our family.

Vrishank is feeling well enough to be discharged today (23rd May) and we are grateful for his speedy recovery.

It was such a pleasant experience with Pavana doctor. Very friendly person and now my wife feels like the doctor belongs to our family.

We never asked the doctor that we want normal delivery and even the doctor doesn't give false promises that she would do only normal delivery. We just had that mutual trust between us and we believed the doctor 100%.

Before the due date she explained us the scenarios where she could try for c section delivery. Even during that time we didn't ask for assurance of normal delivery. When the time came, everything happened as planned by doctor and my wife had a normal delivery. By this everyone can understand that this doctor is 100% trust worthy.

Even during midnight doctor was answering the calls of sisters to know the status of my wife's condition. She arrived early in the morning once the water broke and delivered the kid. It was such a pleasant experience.

She even took time to check on the patient after delivery and even spoke to the elders of the family to make sure she gets nutritious food and not to restrict to any diet that involves not giving much water etc. and after following the diet that doctor recommended, baby's weight is also increased healthily

She is 100% genuine and we love her

I consulted Dr. Pavan Prakash for my first pregnancy. All that a woman needs during her pregnancy is proper guidance from someone like mother or a friend. Pavan Ma’am is nothing less than that 😊 she has all the patience in the world- you may ask her a 100 questions, she would patiently answer and ask if we had any more clarifications. My first pregnancy was smooth due to her handholding at every stage. And it’s not over, her decision to make a normal delivery for me was unbelievable. Like every woman who is worried about- doctors recommending c section even if we are capable of having a normal delivery; this thought was on top of my mind. But trust me, even when my family and me asked for c section or asked to epidural procedure due to delivery pains, doctor denied and insisted for a normal delivery and she successfully made it even when there were 3 loops of chord around my son’s neck.. Hats off to you and your team Ma’am 😍 you will always be remembered for your work!! Wish you all the success in your life. May many many more people benefit from your service. Dr. Eash Hoskote is our Paediatrician, since the birth of our little twins, We are really happy and satisfied with the treatment. Doctor is Professional, Smart, Calm, Matured and Friendly. He listens and explains in detail and patiently repeats if we ask twice and has cheerful behavior with the babies, He doesn't prescribe too many/unnecessary medicines.

Finding a doctor is not a deal but finding a good doctor who treats well is required. Our Doctor belongs to such category. We as new parents express our sincere gratitude and thankfulness for the doctor!

We also like to thank the nursing staff - Lakshmi Devi, Savithri, Soni and Ashley. They all carry a smiling face and welcoming approach. Especially Senior Nursing Staff Lakshmi Devi, who is very humble and friendly, handles the baby very smooth and responds quickly.
