Visited Dr. Sridhar Reddy (Orthopedic surgeon) For Lower Back Pain

Pt came to me with recurrent back pain episodes since 3 or 4 yrs and on examination every thing seemed normal Pt was clearly explained that this looks like a muscle spasm and was prescribed medication and physiotherapy and cleared told to her that in case u need to know what exactly is the cause for u r recurrent back pain mri is the gold standard for diagnosis and it was not even recommended for this visit I told the Pt to plz check with treatment given and if does not reduce later we shall see plz don’t hide facts

I consulted this doctor for severe sleep problem/insomnia as my job is very hectic and stressful.
