I visited Dr. Sumi Padmanabhan for post partum care. I had lower back pain and wanted to regain strength after delivery and breast feeding. She was amazing! She recommended a 15 day post partum package and a specific set of treatments to address problem areas. She also kept iterating the treatments based on its effectiveness.
