We first consulted Dr. Charishma at Cloudnine Hospital in September 2023 after experiencing two spontaneous miscarriages where we were unable to detect a heartbeat. From that point onward, she became a constant source of support in our journey.

We had a very positive experience with Dr. Vimala Chapala during the delivery of our baby girl.My wife was admitted at 39 weeks due to mild oligohydramnios, and the doctor recommended induction of labour. From the beginning, she handled the situation with a lot of patience and care. Labour took almost a full day, and there were moments when the baby’s heart rate increased and a C-section was being considered. However, the doctor carefully monitored both mother and baby, provided oxygen and fluids when needed, and continued observing the labour progress instead of rushing to surgery.At one stage the cervix was progressing slowly, but she guided us calmly through each step. Later the labour progressed from 4.5 cm to active labour, and she waited at the critical “cervical rim” stage to allow the baby’s head to descend properly. Because of her experience and patience, my wife was able to deliver our baby girl normally at 11:19 PM.Our baby was born healthy with a weight of 3 kg, and both mother and baby are doing well.We are truly grateful for the doctor’s calm approach, clear decision-making, and support throughout the labour.
