Visited doctor to remove underarm axillary tissue. Waited 1 hour even though after takin appointment.

She told I need surgery and told it'll cost 70000-1lakh whereas my sister visited her 2 years back and got the SAME surgery done for ****** ** her. * *** **** ********** **** ** *******

The whole time she was talking only about insurance rather than explaining my problem in detail. Finally she told her student would perform the surgery and not her though she performed it on my sister 2 years ago.

Last 5 to 6 years I am regualary taking my kids aged 14 and 11 to Dr Roma and Dr Salim for general consulation and treatment.

Both are exceptionally talented, skilled and trained well in their domains.

Dr. Salim is highly experienced with a calming presence - patient, * ***** ********* cooperative, and open to answer queries.

I visited for severe toothache and headache. In the very first consultation itself he identified multiple issues - jaw alignment, crowding, and all four wisdom teeth being impacted.

In my case, all 4 wisdom teeth were removed at once. Lower two were complex due to (a) horizontal impaction under the gum, (b) crown pressing against adjacent teeth causing pain, and (c) roots close to sinus/nerve causing headaches.

Throughout, he was personally available on call, explained the procedure to me and my family in person and on video call, and consulted a senior Maxillofacial surgeon due to grade IV complexity. Surgery was jointly conducted.

From 2-3 days before the operation through post-op care, everything was handled exceptionally. I was put on correct meds and diet pre-op, checked twice after op before discharge, and monitored for 3 days post-op personally by Dr. Salim.

Despite the complexity, I had no pain or numbness. Highly recommend and can vouch for Dr. Salim.

They take utmost care to ensure the best treatment and try to complete the treatment in lesser sittings by extending beyond their working hours, they fixed the minor issues by filling and suggested root canal treatment only when it was required.They explained all the steps and procedures completely before starting the treatment. Crown that was added exactly matches my tooth color , no one can make out that its not natural tooth they had used the latest cutting edge technologies to ensure that the crown fits properly. Having a severe ear block and pain it was suggested to me by her to get the ear wash. I had visited Dr Salim Shamsuddin and Dr. Roma few months back for consulation in appollo spectra hospitals,koramangala. Initial analysis which was done by them in understanding my dental issues was really very good and they understood the problem and provided my the right guidance,solution and also fixed all my dental issues and now I am in much much better position as compared to before. Excellent job done by Dr Salim and Dr. Roma. I would like to really appreciate them for their quality of work and there expertise in understanding and solving the dental releated problems.

Going for dental appointment in general is a bit scary; the chair, the instruments and the noise that the machines make scares you. I had four teeth that needed to be extracted and a couple of fillings. Believe me, the couple, Dr. Salim and Dr. Roma made me so comfortable throughout the procedure. The extraction of tooth was done with utmost dexterity and under continuous monitoring. They worked beyond their working hours on that day and left hospital after making sure that I am accompanied by my family. They are not only meticulous professionals but very philonthrophic and humanitarian. You feel safe in their hands. I highly recommend these doctors who make every effort to give utmost satisfaction to their patients and they are very, very patient and empathetic. Before going forward with any procedure, they will give all the options available to the patient and the pros and cons are discussed and then conclusions are made with patient's consent. Amazing doctors.
