I had a chronic lower back pain for past fourteen years. Till date I had tried almost all the possible treatments, but none of that had helped. Being an IT professional, sitting is something unavoidable and that just added more to my pain. I had almost given up all hopes of getting rid of my pain. Zelus was the last option I decided to try. I met Dr. Pratik, who keenly analysed my pain areas and suggested a one month treatment. He explained the step by step approach for the treatment which included first reducing the pain, then increase muscle flexibility and then give strength to the muscles. Accordingly I started my sessions. And that's where all magic began! Within 2 weeks all my pain vanished. Dr. Saloni took care that my every session was conducted correctly. They kept taking my feedback after every session, so that they can take appropriate action if need be. I really thanks Dr. Pratik & Dr. Saloni for the treatment and the care they took during my treatment. My 14 year old pain has gone in just 1 month, all thanks to them. Once again many thanks !!

I was going thru severe shoulder pain and visited Zelus Physiotherapy. After meeting Dr. Pratik, was convinced that I am at the right place & in safe hands. He is Kool and listen carefully & patiently to every problem before suggesting treatment. He and his team member Mani guided me throughout the workout and Stretches and kept a watch all the time, correcting my stretching movements. Within 2 to 3 Sessions, I felt the difference and my pain reduced significantly. By the End of the sessions, I recovered fully.

I visited Dr.Pratik for physiothery for my long standing issue of shoulder tendon tear. Initially, I was skeptical but went ahead to take up the sessions. Within 10 sessions, I could observe improvement and Pratik sir visits more often to check about the progress and was very friendly. Assisting physicians Mani, Hina, Amrutha and Shahithi are all friendly and helpful throughout, especially Mani who assisted me during my sessions. After completing the course of 22 sessions, I could start my exercise and playing routine progressively. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and would recommend the centre to others.

I have visited 4 physiotherapists before settling with Dr Pratik to handle my pre & post ACL surgery care. The things that worked most for me are as follows:

1. Extremely personalised care: while a lot of PTs gave the same type of treatment, Dr Pratik made sure it was customised to my need, ability & still made sure I was making visible progress. He, along with his team, continuously monitored my progress & reassessed goals. I went to him with audacious goals like getting back to hiking 4 months after surgery, and he was able to get me there

2. Flexibility: in terms of both communication & training schedule, Dr Pratik gave me high amount of flexibility. This ensured that my recovery wasn’t impacted by travel/busy days
