I reached out to Dr. Prateek as my mother had undergone bilateral TKR and a couple of key parameters were not improving and I was worried.

He did a thorough evaluation and chalked out a plan with goals & timelines. He assigned Physiotherapist Kavipriya (under his supervision) to work with my mother. Within a week I started to see measurable improvements and after a month my mother showed marked improvement overall (Range of motion, mobility & balance); her confidence also improved. I must mention throughout this time; Dr. Prateek did regular check ins & answered all my queries patiently. I am happy with the outcome and will definitely recommend Dr. Prateek.

I had a chronic lower back pain for past fourteen years. Till date I had tried almost all the possible treatments, but none of that had helped. Being an IT professional, sitting is something unavoidable and that just added more to my pain. I had almost given up all hopes of getting rid of my pain. Zelus was the last option I decided to try. I met Dr. Pratik, who keenly analysed my pain areas and suggested a one month treatment. He explained the step by step approach for the treatment which included first reducing the pain, then increase muscle flexibility and then give strength to the muscles. Accordingly I started my sessions. And that's where all magic began! Within 2 weeks all my pain vanished. Dr. Saloni took care that my every session was conducted correctly. They kept taking my feedback after every session, so that they can take appropriate action if need be. Have low back pain issues for 1 year and upper back issues for 3 years. Have gone through rehabilitation from multiple physiotherapists but not fully recovered- always stuck at 80-90% recovery, muscle imbalance and tightness remained all the time.

I had an amazing experience here, Dr Pratik himself used to spent time in sessions- pinpoint the wrong patterns and muscle involvement. He also helped to understand the issues and manage it in day to day activities which is really helpful in the era of youtube gyan, marketing gimmicks in name of sports physiotherapy.

Dr. Prathik and Dr. Sweety were very friendly and understood my problem and helped me by designing the appropriate treatment plan accordingly.

All my sessions were very comfortable and they have explained how to do the stretch and strengthening exercises very well. Now I am feeling a lot better, though I have to keep continuing the exercises to feel good for long time.
