My experience with Dr. Ruchika has been exceptionally well as I had severe pain in the right side of my neck going towards my right shoulder to the right arm and going till the numbness in my right hand thumb. She told me in the beginning that these kind of issues take 2-3 month in total to heal completely but require only 5-6 sessions of regular physiotherapy and any session after that will only be if I feel there’s any emergency and the rest of the job will be done by regular exercises at home and correct posture. Her behaviour towards the patients is to properly cure them and guide them well with the right guidance without focusing only on the personal gains which is a very rare quality you find with the doctors these days. I started seeing some improvement from the 2nd day itself and it’s almost a month today since my 1st visit to Dr. Ruchika and I feel a huge improvement in my condition and I can’t thank her enough for treating me and helping me the way she has.

I will recommend Dr. Ruchika to everyone w/o wants to get physiotherapy done.

Dr. Ruchika Bhargava understood my case & bang on gave some effective treatment in 5 days on my cervical Spondylitis area near neck & shoulder region & prescribed me some exercises which is helping me to heal. Dr. Ruchika is extremely detailed in making one understand about the issue we're going through. She helped me understand how the treatment is going to help and suggested exercises as well which I can do at my own time. She suggested precautionary measures that needs to be taken and was very gentle during the physiotherapy. I'll absolutely recommend her and I myself reach out to her for any concerns in my family.
