During our first pregnancy, the experience that my wife went through was very painful creating a trauma in my wife’s mind. So planning of second child was never an easy decision. Taking one step forward and retaliating 2 steps backward before proceeding. When we came to know about the second pregnancy, the fear element was superseding our happy moments. Due to having bad experience with first doc we decided to switch over.

By God’s grace we met Dr Archana Pathak. In our first meet, we felt a positive vibe. She patiently listened to our first experience and the trauma that my wife was going through for the second pregnancy. There are no words to describe the way she explained and boosted the confidence level to go for the pregnancy. (Note: She never forced us). She explained us everything we should expect during the pregnancy tenure and how to maintain a positive mindset through out. Post our discussion, we felt a sense of belonging and well being and decided to go for the pregnancy under the treatment of Dr Archana Pathak.

From that day till the delivery, it was a very smooth experience. We were very comfortable with her treatment. She was very approachable, listens to all your queries and explains in details, She never ask to go for unnecessary tests or medicines, always available on whatsapp for all our queries, most importantly she is very caring and understands our family commitments.

Her treatment created a positive impact on my wife’s heath (physically and psychologically). Finally, by God’s grace and the stupendous treatment of Dr Archana Pathak, we were blessed with a healthy baby and my wife also recovered soon.

Pregnancy is an emotion. Its very rare to see a doctor possessing personal touch, care for patient as a person, respecting family values with outstanding quality of medical care.

We strongly recommend Dr Archana Pathak to all people seeking good gynaecologist.

We visited Add-on Scans & Labs on March 3, 2025, for an HSG scan, and Dr. Puja Rathi was our consulting doctor. Despite her claim of having 15 years of experience, her behavior did not reflect it. She expected us to be familiar with the procedure beforehand and discouraged any questions. **** ** *** *** ********** *** ********* ** ********* ** *** ** *** ****** *** **** ********** ** ** * ****** **** **** ***********.

During our interaction* *** **** ******* ************** ******** such as accusing us ** ******* ********** ******* *** ****** **** ** **** ** *** and claiming that my husband was pointing fingers at her, so she would do the same.

***** **** ********** *********** I reported the incident to the Add-on Scan management team, specifically Nandhini. *** ************ **** *** ****** *** **** *** ******* ** **** ***** *** ** ***** ** *** ***** She promised to escalate the issue to the general manager, Sunil. Later that evening, Nandhini called to confirm that Dr. Rathi admitted to losing her temper during our consultation.

I am writing this review to inform others about Dr. Puja Rathi's behavior. However, I want to emphasize that my dissatisfaction is solely with the doctor and not with Add-on Scans & Labs. The management handled the situation professionally, and my 2-star rating reflects my overall experience with the lab.

The services that we received from Dr. Archna is excellent.

Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.

I had gestational diabetes she guided me good diet and medicine. During 37 th week my water level had come down so she advised to get labour induced , as per her guidance we followed the same. My cervix had not opened more 2 cms after inducing also , but still doctor waited patiently and monitored me for 12 hours. She was very patient throughout the entire process and confident about her decisions

Any other doctor would have gone for C -section at that time . But Dr. Archna successful helped us for normal delivery. When my cervix was 8 cm it was midnight 3 :00 AM but still doctor came there within 10 min.

I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

Met with Dr Archana Pathak for consultation, After first meet ,There was no doubt that She is the doctor we are looing for consultation on pregnancy things as she has time to listen us , understand our need

She is also always reachable over phone , what's app/Msg which is very important in pregnancy journey because one will be having many query , doubts, concerns which one want to consult over phone call instead of running to hospital for every small query.

She was our gynecologist for both the kids and because of her continuous support normal delivery were possible

Best thing is , She has absolute simplicity in nature which truly helps in trust her advice. Sometimes she is strict but FARE !

She became our Friends & Family Gyne who has almost delivered 9 kids with normal delivery :)
