I Visited the clinic on 13th November 2021 with the terrific teeth ache.

everything is good, but the Dr checked my mouth and did the X-Ray.

they found an infection in my teeth.

******* ********* *** *********** ** ********* Dr asked me to do the root canal procedure.

I said I will do that later and asked for the X-Ray report they told they will share the report in the mail. Till now (15/11/2021) not received the mail I have asked 2 times verbally and 1 once in WhatsApp chat.

Also the consultation charge and other process charge are bit high compared to other clinics.** ******* *** ******* ****** *** **** *** *** **** ********* *** ******** **** *********** *** ********** * ** ********** **** *** ******* ***** *** **** ***** ********

Hi sir, thank you for taking time to review.. First I want to tell you that there is infection in your tooth which requires RCT and with only antibiotics it won't reduce.. if someone has told with medicine infection will go in dental infection it's upto them. Regarding the charges it is upto every doctor to fix their charges and will be informed before.. if someone wants not to pay that fee they are not forced to get the treatment. To your knowledge we have only one time registration charges of Rs 300 valid for 1year.. anywhere valid for a week or so.. Last regarding the X ray that day we have some problem with our laptop, which we have given for service.. which is expected to come tomorrow...after that we can send you... We will give all patients data to them to keep for future reference.. we provide OP card for what treatment done and all also where many places will be giving only one prescription.. Thank you
