The doctor kept on adding one cream after the other on the prescription list and on top of this , they introduced me to their Laser Hair Removal Technology (which was not on cards at all).

Since I could not come for the next appointment , I postponed it and had it confirmed from the doctor over phone. On the very day , when I called to reconfirm my slot timings, the receptionist outwardly said that the "we are fully packed and we will call you in some time". However they never got back to me.

PS : since we have our own priorities set, please donot play with patients in this manner. In case things donot go as planned , please be clear and depict professionalism in your conduct or else you loose the value gained over the period.

It is quite hard to find a doctor who is proficient, competent but still down to earth in the field of cosmetology. I am glad I found one such doctor - Dr. Rashmi Manjunath. I have five inch long scar just on my forehead from a car accident. I had two scar revision surgeries but even then the marks persisted.Upon consultation, Dr. Rashmi suggested laser treatments. She used the latest technology for scars and I am definitely seeing a remarkable difference in couple of sessions.Four more sessions to go.
