I did a lot of research to find the right place for my hair transplant. I had conversations with different clinics in Mumbai, Bengaluru and even Turkey (as I live in Europe). But I was particularly impressed by Dr Ravikant. There are a few reasons for it:

1. Ravikant sir was very friendly and flexible: I missed my first phone conversation with him due to confusion with the time difference between India and Europe. But he was very calm and provided me with an alternative appointment and also didn't charge me for any of the phone conversations we had.

Ravikant sir performs the hair transplantation and not the subordinates: One of the major problems with many hair transplant clinics is that the experienced doctor doesn't perform the transplant but the students and subordinates. This is not the case with Ravikant sir. He is the first and the primary contact and the surgeon carrying out your transplant.

3. Affordable prices: Hair transplantation was easily affordable as he has a standard price. In many clinics, the prices are way too high if a doctor with the same experience as Ravikant sir is performing the hair transplant.

4. Experience: Ravikant sir has more than 10 years of experience and that already provides a sense of being in safe hands.

After taking all the above points into consideration, I chose Neotis hair clinic where Ravikant sir completed my hair transplant surgery. And to talk about the clinic, it is a small, well-maintained clinic with friendly and helpful staff. From the moment I entered until after treatment, I did not have any moments of discomfort or disappointment. I also remember the moment when I went to get the dressing removed and my head was spinning. The staff took immediate measures and allowed me to rest in the bed until I felt fit to move again. The staff also made some small talk to keep me company throughout surgery and after treatment.

He explained the possible root cause and depending on the severity of hair fall, he suggested a combination of hair transplant and 6 PRP sessions. Clinic was super clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I was attended immediately after entering into the clinic and guided my way to the appropriate place. All the Covid safety measures were strictly followed. Dr Ravi gave me enough time to explain the issue and also asked questions wherever necessary. He also took time to tell me the background of the issue and also briefed me about the next steps. He also did not hesitate to answer any repetitive questions asked.
