Dr Prafulla is one of the most competent and understanding individuals that I’ve met till date. Not only does she understand the patients worry and apprehensions but she takes time in explaining and addressing every minute detail of the concern that one may have. I went to her with periodontitis and she administered a lazer flap gum surgery to relieve me of my problem. Her surgical capabilities surpass the ordinary. So smooth was the entire process ( though it’s a long procedure) that I didn’t even feel a thing and and am now on my way to healing and recovery.

I must also thank her entire team for being super efficient at fixing appointments as per my convenience and comfort. I would recommend this clinic hands down.

Dr.Prafulla provided an excellent explanation of the procedure- thus expelling any fears/doubts related to the complex surgery. She was accommodative of my schedule & conducted the surgery keeping my personal time constraints in mind. The surgery was completely painless and she conducted the same seamlessly. I was very comfortable on the chair & was in-fact enjoying the background music being played in the clinic. On a jocular note- I also requested a change in the background music which was also complied with. She thoroughly explained the important after surgery care to be taken by me at home. She was also available to me on WhatsApp and asked me to contact her anytime- in case of questions or an emergency. I contacted her regarding a question and got an immediate response from her. All in all- a very satisfying experience & I would recommend her excellent treatment/care to anybody requiring the same.

I had a great experience with Dr. Biradar and his team! He was prompt, explained the issue clearly, and walked me through all the options for my dental crown. The entire procedure was quick and comfortable.

Very bad experience , my daughter visited for tooth pain . She had filling done twice in that tooth and was suggested for root canal by another doctor . So she visited to get second opinion. The doctor was not patient enough to listen to her at all and just sent her giving a paste saying she has sensitive gum where has she had a real tooth problem . Again my mother had come from native and was suffering with bad toothache , she was asked by doctor to take an X-ray but when they went to show the X-ray were asked to come after a week inspite of she saying she has bad toothache . Very unprofessional..! and was very disappointed.

I had gone to the clinic complaining of a tooth pain. The doctors did an X-ray and diagnosed it as a deep cavity requiring root canal. I was asked to take an appointment on a convenient day. They explained the whole procedure and assured me that it will fix the problem. I arrived a week later to get the treatment done. It took about 45 minutes. Dr Biradar and his assistant did a very good job of keeping me calm and doing a painless procedure. Then I went again the next day to give measurements for the crown. That was ready in a few days and I got it fitted. Totally it took 4 visits and the whole procedure was well coordinated. As I took prior appointment there was no waiting times. Overall I was very happy with the procedure and the skill of the doctor.

It was a good experience as found the clinic to be modern and having updated equipments. The doctor is very good and after initial checkup explained the procedures in detail and thereafter the procedure was also done very professionally. This was the first time at this clinic and finally after visiting so many clinics and doctors have found the right one for me. Thanks a ton for Practo’s suggestion and this clinic definitely deserves 5 stars

The doctor was kind , patient, and explained the issues really well. Staff was not pushy with sales tactics. The facitilities were very clean too. I spoke mostly with another female doctor (Harika I think , not 100%certain) but Dr. Basavaraj did come to explain the key issues about my dental health.

We visited the clinic for extraction of a temporary tooth of my son which hadn’t fallen off inspite of the permanent tooth being nearly fully grown behind. Dr Basawaraj was clear in his explanations and recommendations to take care of the teeth going forward and Dr Shruti, who did the extraction, was very good with my 8 year old. The injection and extraction were virtually painless. Very happy with my visit.
