Sure Smile Dental Care, Horamavu

I went to Sure smile on 2nd Jan 2020. I have got my wisdom tooth extraction and root canal treatment. I went to Sure smile with lot of nervousness about the pain that i might get during treatment, but the doctor explained and spoke about treatment clearly, they also say before doing something to your tooth, like we might have little pain now, we get some numbness, we hear some sound now etc, so that we don't panic. I am very much depressed and not happy with the fact that i will loose 2 of my teeth, but somehow really happy the way they treated my tooth. I mean only pain is during giving injection, rest all will be fine, trust me, this doctor Vinod is good. Following doctor's instructions will help u to avoid any complications later. The other staff are also good, supporting and helpful. I went 4 times in 15 days span for the treatment, Thought there is crowd few times, doctor stays calm and takes time to treat you , never felt he is in hurry!! That is really good !!

I am very happy with the treatment, its been 15days now, so far so good. Hope everything will be fine later also. Of course its my decision to have a metal crown :( , i thought metal crown will not be harsh on its adjacent tooth, its just yesterday I got crown so may be i should get used to it. u can have ceramic crown if u can afford 2K more. I am still not sure which crown is best.

Charges/Fees are also normal like any other dental clinic, not expensive or cheep.

One suggestion is don't go for big chain hospitals for dental treatment even if can claim the treatment charges, no ones pay attention to your pain or what you say.

Though this Sure smile is not look wise very big clinic, ********* ** **** **** *** much satisfactory. I recommend this highly!!

I had booked the appointment for 14dec 10am but then doctor called and said he is not available on 14 and requested to schedule it to 16 dec same time. I reached on 16 dec at there clinic by 1 hr late because of heave traffic at Horamavu signal but they did not accommodate me stating there is another patient who booked this slot wherein that patient came only after I reached there clinic. I don’t know on what grounds doctor said to see her first and not me. This is very unprofessional behaviour. Even the frontline staff and too unprofessional they can’t understand English nor speak English. Anyway I never thought to write such a negative review about doctor but this incident have forced me to do so. I am not going to opt further For this clinic or doctor.

Sure Smile Dental Clinic staff are very polite and courteous. Dr.Vinod is the best dentist I have been treated by. He explains the issues and dental treatment very well. He is very friendly so the fear of pain during treatment goes away 😊. He is my family dentist . My Parents are also happy with his treatment. My Root canal issues and dental cavity issues were treated by Dr.Vinod and it was the best treatment. Thank you Doctor. I highly recommend Dr.Vinod *** *** ****** ****** ** ** *** ****

Dr. Vinod has fixed my metal braces . I can rely on him conpletely because the treatment felt as though nothing had happened to my tooth. He is well experienced in his task. He has a cognitive approach as to how to deal with patients. During the course of the treatment, he provides a robust platform and makes the patient feel comfortable so that no one withstands a pain in the tooth. He is very benevolent, cool and calm and talks in a polite manner.
