Thank you for your feedback. As this review is anonymous, I am unable to comment on the specifics of your consultation. Ovulation induction requires an initial assessment, including a baseline Day 2Ultrasound scan, and subsequent follicular monitoring with serial ultrasounds to safely monitor follicle growth and determine the timing of ovulation. In many cases, a semen analysis of the partner is also an essential part of infertility evaluation before proceeding with treatment. As these investigations and monitoring cannot be performed through an online consultation, I advised you to consult a nearby gynaecologist who could carry out the necessary scans and monitoring without delay.
