As a doctor of such fine repute he was surprisingly extremely approachable, humble and friendly in his attitude, very patient and extremely generous with his time! Doctor spent over 1.5hrs trying to explain me the science behind the process, his ways of working and values as a doctor and answered all my questions patiently - all of which I personally hold very critical in helping me take a decision. I exited the clinic with far more clarity on the process than I had gathered through all my previous consultations and research.
