Visited doctor for left jaw pain and left cheek discomfort. I was examined thoroughly and was given detailed explanation of the cause. I was referred to oral surgeon for my left cheek discomfort and the best part is, doctor consulted the oral surgeon herself and fixed and appointment with him the very next day (So I didn’t have to wander looking for a good oral surgeon) I met the oral surgeon in Dr Arati’s clinic as she had arranged for my appointment (mind you this is not a general clinic, it’s fully equipped to perform surgeries as well) I was diagnosed and was advised medication which is very very simple. Dr Arati DID NOT CHARGE FOR HER CONSULTATION AS WELL FOR MY SECOND VISIT THOUGH I MET HER AND SHOWED MY SCANNED REPORT OF MY TEETH AND THE ORAL SURGEON IN HER CLINIC. Not to forget to mention this.. she has taken complete precautions keeping in mind of this ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. You will will be completely sanitised from head to toe, your temperature is checked , pulse check is done, you will be given gloves, head cap, foot cap and complete body cover so that you are not infected. I would recommend Dr Arati to anyone who has issues with their dentals.

Very friendly and experienced doctor. The staff was also professional and always ready on side of the doctor during every procedure. Dr. Arati is so patient with all the explanation and makes you feel totally comfortable at any given time. And every procedure was done so smooth and clean without any problem.

I was also given proper precautionary disposable wears like gloves, masks, hair cover, apron and even for the feet and tests be done for COVID19 like temperature and blood oxygen level just after being sanitised top to bottom.

My mom had tooth pain and face swelling that became severe in the night. I was very happy to consult with Dr Arati who responded immediately after booking the consultation. She listened patiently, diagnosed and explained the issue to us patiently. She was also available to follow-up to check on my mother's condition, which was a very reassuring experience. Thank you Dr. Aarti.The Practo app however has some issue, where we are unable to mark the consultation as completed, even after few hours. I hope they can fix the same soon.

I visited Arati Ma'am for my dental issues, i had a lot of issues with my tooth. Ma'am took an x-ray and clearly explained me all the issues that needed to be addressed. I had to remove Wisdom tooth, Root canal, remove previously kept metal filling and Cap fitting. Ma'am did each one of them as informed. Ma'am was so friendly, positive and guided me properly. i am totally satisfied with my treatment and the overall safety at the clinic. each time, i was given cap, sox, gloves and a kit for my trearment.
