Hoped for better: Wait time
The first thing that I look for with anyone in the healthcare industry is compassion and on that count, this place falls flat on a negative score !! I had obtained an appointment almost four days ago and this being the very first appointment for the day, It was a abysmal. *** *** **** ******* ******* ** *** **** ** *********** *** *************** ** **** ****** *** * *** ***** * ******* I had asked the same while booking the appointment and they insisted that the doctor will be there.
On arriving at 10:30am, the very first appointment, I had seen another lady patient sitting in the only sofa in a very obnoxious way so I ended up waiting outside for 15 minutes, then I asked if the doctor is going to come to which I was told he will come in another fifteen minutes . ***** *** ** ******** *** ********* ** *** *********** *** I said to myself this is not for me !
If to the doctor I'am just a number then I neither value nor respect them no matter how competent they are. They first ought to learn empathy. Since this is neither emergency nor critical and they are not going to come up with a classic - doctor was busy in a surgery story !

***** **** *** ****** *** *** ******** *** *** ***** *** **** ** **** ****** The folks who take appointments over the phone need to treat patients time with respect and not ask them to come early and spend an hour waiting. I write this review as I have spent 35 mins waiting and God knows when my turn will come
If these re views are read by the doctor.. My request to him is to tell his staff to treat everyone's time as important as his time and make sure people get into his room within 15 mins of the appointed time.

Dr Nischal is an amazing doctor and is very good at his work. Before meeting him I was in so much pain and my skin was blistering.
It’s been 5 days with his treatment, blistering has reduced and new skin is coming up and feels like his medicines are magic.
He is very approachable, I contacted him through phone for a follow up and he suggested next steps on how to protect the skin.

Recommended sunscreen is not good because whenever I apply my eyes starts burning I don’t know why? I told doctor that I have sensitive skin still they given such product and I felt doctor is not experienced and for that much visiting changes it’s wasting of money and time
