the main positive response of practo is that the doctors treat patients just like in clinic consultation by observing the affected area via video calls. other online consultation applications want to send photos of the affected area, & treat the patient, which creates much problem in diagonosis. the doctors attendent first asked about the problem, which is very problematic.
