I consulted Dr Preeti for anxiety and depressive feeling which started affecting my day to day activities. She is very friendly. She enquired everything right from my childhood and was able to properly guide me to have a better life style and health. She is a very good listener and talking to her itself gives a lot of positive outlook towards life. I have come across a lot of people who are struggling with day to day stress, depression and mental issues but are very hesitant to consult doctors fearing people around. We visited for evaluation and management of pre-diabetic status. Fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels were reviewed, indicating impaired glucose tolerance. Lifestyle modification with emphasis on dietary changes, weight control, and regular exercise was advised. No medication was prescribed at this stage. Follow-up blood tests were suggested after 3 months to monitor progression and assess the need for pharmacological intervention if lifestyle measures are insufficient.
