I wanted to try homeopathy medicines for my hair loss, so I specifically selected a consultation with her.

She told me that she'll give medicines to prevent further hair loss and retain my remaining follicles healthy. But instead of giving me prescription first for the paid consultation and also explaining how to use the prescription, she started off her marketing for her clinic. She wanted me to gl to her clinic,she was focusing much on some PRP treatment, derma roll etc which were optional things. But she wasn't ready to give prescription at all. Later when I insisted then she said she'd send it on my watsapp number. When I asked her how to use the medicines, she said that I'll have to buy medicines from her and then once I've medicines in my hand she'll explain the use. She had those medicines in her clinic then she could've shown the same in video call and explained me the usage right. *** ******** *** ***** ****** ** *********** She didn't explain medicines usage finally, now on the follow up chat on practice app she says the same. She didn't use practo for video call, she didn't upload prescription on practo also. She says today over chat that I've to book another consultation for knowing the medicines usage.

Consultation includes giving prescription and also explaining how to use the medicines right. She didn't explain me the usage. It was a bad experience. It's not fair that I've to again pay for just understanding the medicines usage. I and my wife are getting treatment from Dr. Radhika from last three months. The experience has been absolutely amazing. She patiently hears our concerns from the very first day to every monthly visits.

On our first day, she spent almost an hour to inquire about the medical history we have and made sure to understand the concerns very minutely.
