Ms. Sneha Saklecha

Sneha Jain, a Nutritional Expert and the proud owner of Reversol Health has completed her Master of Science in Human Nutrition, UK from The University of Sheffield and BSc in Applied Nutrition from SVT - SNDT, Mumbai. She is a lifetime member of the Indian Dietetic Association.Her mission is to teach people how to improve and control their own health with their forks. She believes that this can happen through a series of small steps: basically choosing the correct food swaps and adding a little activity to everyday routines. Her passion is to translate the science of nutrition into naturalistic, useful and practical steps that convince people to progress from just “knowing” to “doing”. You will find her as someone who is always keen on encouraging people to adopt a healthy lifestyle so that they are always at the peak of their mental and physical ability.
