We were blessed with our baby boy on 16th December 2025, and this beautiful journey was made possible because of Pooja Mam's expertise, kindness, and constant positivity.

I had a high-risk pregnancy with gestational diabetes and had a positive result on an ANA test, but from day one, ma’am guided us with so much confidence and calm that the entire pregnancy felt smooth and worry-free. She was always available, reassuring, and positive, and because of her support, I never felt overwhelmed at any point. Her care truly made all the difference.

The delivery process was extremely well managed. I had to undergo a C-section, but thanks to how meticulously she handled my pregnancy and delivery, my post-delivery recovery was remarkably quick—I was on my feet, active, and full of energy within just 3 days.

Wait time is too long.

Very difficult to reach doctors after clinic hours.

Many times responses come after 1-2 weeks even when medicine changes or confirmations are urgently needed.

Calling hospital reception also does not help much, calls rarely get connected to assistants or doctors.***** ***** ******** ******* ******** *** ***** ** ***** ***** *** *** ************ ***** ***** ******* **** ********* ****** ******* **********

Requesting hospitals to please improve patient support and provide better assistance systems so patients can reach doctors easily when needed.
