Doctor gives less time of patient queries I can understand Doctor is senior and always busy she can pass her patient queries to junior Doctor's for more time to patients queries.
Still I recommend Doctor Dhore Patil for maternity because as per me experience matters and speaks in silence as well.
About fees is little expensive for non job person maybe due to overall expenses of Hospital at Kalyaninagar approx costing goes, THIS CAN BE SOME HOW RESOLVE BY ATTENDING TO GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL NEARBY IF DOCTOR GIVES TIME FROM HER BUSY SCHEDULE as per her convienent.
