I am an international traveller and by default it is tough to stick to a single dentist. Yet, over all these years I have been able to manage with just 3 dentists and the last one for the longest time of about 7-8 years. However, this time I decided to seek a second opinion considering I had not paid a visit in 3 years and I wanted to make sure I was on the right track as I get older :).

And a visit to & treatment at Dr V. Pandit's clinic was very satisfying and comforting in simple words. I think I have found a permanent dentist - thanks to my dad who had recommended me this clinic based on his personal experience.

# Gentle treatment and patient is at ease - impressive pain management

# Treatment is done to satisfaction with continuous feedback - so the patient follows the steps, thus not in the dark

# Patient dental history well documented for future treatments - full history maintained and shared with the patient

# Waiting time at the clinic is minimal and appointment scheduling is not very long, thus convenient when you are in a hurry (other reputed dentists tend to have a longer waiting time)

# Appointment reminders are timely and quite handy (via sms, email and by phone)

# There is a short de-briefing after every treatment to clear doubts and/or to explain any follow-up measures

# Several modern treatment options/techniques with lastest equipment

Having said that, it would be nice to have a slightly more competitive pricing and hopefully some discount(a) for returning clients !

I was suffering from tooth ache on both side of my mouth and I have consulted with dr Vidhya. She took xray and clicked pics of my mouth(all tooths) and explained me everything abt my tooth conditions then suggested me for root canal for both the tooth. She did rct for my both the tooth after receiving my confirmation and I am happy with the treatment as doc used latest technology and equipment for it. While she was treating my tooth I was able to see everything what was happening with my tooth. She explained me everything about treatment which was applied on my tooth. Even she answered all the queries which I was asked with her and queries which were running in my mind whether it was related to my tooth treament or cost of treatment.

Staff is very supportive.

I just want to make a suggestion that it would be great if you give some discount/relief in treatment cost if patient is going through multiple rct and tooth implantation.

First ,I want to tell you that I`m feeling very happy after joining your clinic. I haven`t seen such a well established and systematic clinic before. I appreciate hygiene and proper sterilization methods which are routinely followed in the clinic. I like your way of talking with patients, explaining them the treatment plan and your concern about patients. I like the way in which you follow appointment schedules of patients, so there is no inconvenience to patients and they don`t have to wait for longer time. I like your understanding nature and management in clinic about staff, keeping records of the stock, so there is no problem related to materials and staff works sincerely in clinic. After treatment, patient goes with a very big smile, because he/she is satisfied with treatment done by you. You have given them best treatment with due care. I appreciate that you don`t like negligence by staff or dental assistant and you always guide both of them for betterment. I have learned so many things after joining your clinic. Its difficult to give list of it here, but definitely all those things will help me in my private practice.I appreciate your guidance regarding continuing dental education, thank you !!

Takes cash which is not advisable in the current scenario. No receipt is ever given for cash transaction. Receptionist changes during each visit and they dont keep a track of amounts paid.

Dr Vidya Pandit has a very systematic and professional approach while assessing and proceeding with the treatment. Her consultation sessions are very detailed and thorough providing the right kind of clarity that a person needs to make the right decision.

Her patient records and history are maintained very rigorously. I was very impressed with the due diligence she does and the total care taken while providing the right solution needed for the situation. Had a root canal (my first one) also done during the treatment and found her technique to be very smooth. While I was terrified while it started, my fears were laid to rest by the end of it and I experienced a near painless root canal procedure.

Really happy with the treatment and service received. The clinic is also maintained extremely well keeping all hygiene aspects in mind.

My experience started to begin great on phone itself as I was very impressed with their systematic working style of confirming regarding the appointment a day prior and giving a reminder call on the day of your appointment. You don't have to wait for so long. The wait time is hardly 5min. The moment of truth was incredible as they greet you in a very well manner. The doctor is very experienced, professional and knowledgeable. She is very patient, will listen to you, will find out the complete problem and discusses the solution with you. She has more 20+ years of experience and it's worth taking a treatment from her. I will recommend her to my family and friends. Thank you so much!

She is very experienced and she listens to the patients in a good way and then gives her suggestions and tips. I went to her to take a second opinion as one of the other dentists suggested me for a root canal and I was not so sure about that hence wanted a second opinion. I explained to her the problem, she did dis some checkups and said that in her opinion the root canal was not required and she gave some tips to overcome the toothache.

I had a very nice experience with her and she was able to solve my problem in a simple way. I would definitely recommend the doctor as she is having a very good experience as a dentist and she is very ground to earth.
