1st September I had a panic attack at night and there was a chest palpitation But not sure What should I do , why it has been occurred and immediately got to the nearest hospital and get it done my BP , ECG , ECHO ,Stress test and blood test , everything is fine and they all are said my body doesn’t have any health issues but this is due to anxiety disorder.

After much deliberation and delays due to reluctance and fear I finally sought help for my alcohol addiction. The first session with Dr. Anjendra helped lower my fears and doubts about seeking professional help. Subsequent sessions helped me overcome my addiction and I am now three and a half months sober. My life has had a very positive change and I am no longer in the alcohol prison that had captivated me for the last twenty years. I am healthier now and no longer have the desire to consume alcohol -- actually I am now averse to alcohol and the negative effects it has on society and its role in ruining people's lives.

Its our second visit today. My sister suffering from schizophrenia since year 2000. She has undergone various treatments but still not fully cured. sometimes she behaves normally and sometimes start talking to self with loud voice. Doctor Targe is the 3rd doctor in Pune whom we start consulting. I m quite satisfied from the treatment provided by him. There is around 50% improvement in my sisters's condition after first visit.
