1st September I had a panic attack at night and there was a chest palpitation But not sure What should I do , why it has been occurred and immediately got to the nearest hospital and get it done my BP , ECG , ECHO ,Stress test and blood test , everything is fine and they all are said my body doesn’t have any health issues but this is due to anxiety disorder.
I have googled and found such amazing doctor and immediately booked appointment. He is very humble and down to earth Person I have ever met before, he makes me feel very comfortable to share all my fears which I have been carrying out from my childhood, and he patiently listens and helped me out to find out root causes of anxiety and started treating me by step by step manner. Earlier I have had a difficulty in my day to day life such as no appetite, trembling in fear full situations, got escalations in my workplace and Now I’m able to focus on me by waking up early in the morning doing exercises , meditation , focusing more on my high priorities tasks in the day and having good sleep.
