I have been battling with mental health issues for the past 15 years and been to over 7 mental health professionals in 3 countries. But my DBT sessions with Dr. Dimple Kishnani have made the most profound impact. She has the perfect blend of empathy and tough love, creates a safe space, listens to you without judgements, and is never dismissive. I have always been a very guarded and stubborn patient with the ostrich syndrome, but Dimple helped me with alternate perceptions and worked equally hard in my journey to healing.

Dr. Dimple Kishnani is very professional and knows how to navigate through the problem. I had severe depression and I was not functional at all but she helped me through my problem very methodically.

Dr Dimpal really changed my life she helped me a lot in my depression. She is very nice person. After I met her she is becoming a very precious part of my life. I can't express in words what is she for me. She is soft spoken person. She listened my each and every problem. She explained me in very simple ways how to live a life.
