We visited Impact Clinic for my mother’s cervical Spondylosis and Arthritis Therapy. There we met Dr. Naziya Bagwan with very pleasant and bubblish personality, her Aura is very positive and she is very friendly yet professional . As being from same native place Jaipur we connected so well with each other and the clinic felt like other home and from day 1 she started my mother’s treatment she first listened to my mother’s problems spot out the problem area explained the causes very well while giving the ultrasound , electric therapy and shortwave diathermy therapy.At first my mom was not able to move her neck to an inch to the left side or up down but After 4-5 sessions of therapy with a set of exercise she taught my mother got complete relief from the neck pain and then Doctor started treating her Arthritis. For arthritis also she explained what to eat what not to eat that causes the pain and soreness in legs specifically on knees. After 8-10 sessions my mother’s leg pain was reduced and soreness was gone. Overall I am very thankful to Impact clinic and Dr. Naziya for curing my mother’s problem with her skillfull treatment I really appreciate her and her nursing staff. 😇

Dr Nazia is really brilliant with her work and knowledge. she keeps simplicity in the treatment and won't scare with big words and problems etc. I had severe stiffness in neck and pain in nech line, shoulder to spine. I tried my own medication (painkillers muscle relaxants, massage ) and had no improvement for 2 weeks and finally decided to go to doctor. as this clinic was near to office, and reviews were good, I booked it.really a good luck decision for me as it was Ramzan time, she was working in federated timeslots and she gave a slot of my suitable time which was almost close to the closure of work hours of clinic. she did the checks and was quickly able to diagnose it, explained to me causes and was honest about how it would be treated. tactical fix that it will be fine in few days and a strategic fix which may take sometime as there are many muscle knots in body and some old injuries (was surprised that she was able to find them, was known to me only) in nearly 3days, my neck was free. another 4 days and my shoulder & spine pain was gone.simple treatment like (traction, massage gun, electric stimulation ) - I was able to run/do anything I wished to do. unfortunately I had to travel out of pune and some unfortunate instances, I was unable to complete the full treatment. will soon plan and resume as I want to solve the knots and stiffness in my body.

Dr. Naziya is literally godsent! I have had bad posture all my life which caused severe back pain. I’m based in the US where any medical treatment is super expensive so when I decided to travel to India this month, I booked an appointment with Dr. Naziya.

Just 4 days of treatment with Dr. Nazia has made a tremendous change!! I don’t feel any pain in my back, she taught me several exercises to loosen the tightness in my glutes and also recorded (video) some exercises for me that I can watch & practice when I go back. She suggested that I get blood work and MRI done because & explained me both the reports really well & in detail before she prescribed me the medications. I’ve not seen many doctors taking interest in telling the patients what exactly is wrong and what they should do to fix it!!

Other things that I loved about her: She is very sweet, well spoken, respectful and treats you like you are her own family member! Plus her fees is VERY AFFORDABLE!! I’ve already told both my parents to see her because SHE IS THAT GOOD! SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING!!

I had undergone surgery due to a wrist bone dislocation, and after that, I started physiotherapy sessions at Impact Clinic. Under the guidance of Nazia ma’am and Arpita ma’am, I completed 15 physiotherapy sessions. With their expertise, care, and encouragement, my hand function has improved significantly.

Initially, I had no confidence whether I would ever be able to move my hand properly again, and I had to keep it in a hand-rest bag. I was facing with muscle pain in my back & legs. I found it extremely difficult to even walk properly. My doctor had recommended to consult a physiotherapist who is experienced. Upon research I found contact of Dr. Naziya Bagwan Ma'am's number because of so many good reviews.

Once I met her I found a ray of positivity. She assured me that the issue will not only be sorted in few days but I will become more flexible than before. I had a huge doubt whether it was even possible but I started taking SWD, Ultrasound & TENS. I saw huge difference in my condition. Really thankful to Dr. Naziya Ma'am & also sister. Both of them helped me like they are my elder sisters. I even annoyed them at times, but they welcomed me with every help possible. Today, after 8 sessions with her, I am free of excruciating pain and moving towards the path to full recovery.

I visited Dr. Naziya Bagwan at Impact Physiotherapy for my Back pain due to a recent gym injury. She was very kind and took the time to listen to my problem.

She explained everything clearly and gave me exercises and treatments like IFT, ultrasound and Deep-tissue Laser that really helped. My pain is much better now, and I feel stronger.

2 months back, I went through knee surgery, after that I felt like I won't be able to walk like earlier. My confidence was very low. Then I checked Practo and met with this wonderful lady. Just after a first visit, when the treatment yet to be started still she was calling me 3 to 4 times in a day to check my condition. She was advising me a way to come out from the situation. She understands the situation of a patient. I am having slip disc issue, where initially I was unable to seat, unable to walk, unable to sleep due to severe pain. My situation was so bad that doctor also was confused 'how to treat a patient who is not able to get any position for treatment'. But now I am much better and started my routine life.
