Dr. Shweta asked me some questions to understand my daily routines, and then helped me understand the reason why I have put on weight and how the weight loss journey will happen.
I started following the diet plans prescribed by Dr. Shweta and knocked off 16 kgs in 6 months! The diet plans were easy to follow and I could stay on track easily.

Shweta's diet plan was simple to follow. All the ingredients includes by her can be easily sourced. I have lost just over 12 kgs with her. Her way of explaining the diet is very informative and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend her to everyone that wants to life a healthy lifestyle.
