I have been years since I knew I was overweight and I tried somehow to loose weight but it doesn't succeed and I loose my confidence that I'll never see me slim and due to stress I was eating a lot not healthy food but junk food like pizza chocolate and the condition was camed at such stage that there was not a one cloth fitted me perfectly lockdown made me more lazy so some how I came across 👉🏼Dr Tripti mam👈🏼 who is so superb she not only made my desi diet delicious she motivate me so well that all my stress is turn in positive vibes and I got confidence that I'll burn my calories and I lose my 7kg within 1.5month which suprise me and motivate me to loose more Thank you mam 🙏🏻

He has responded timely on whatsapp every time. As it was my 3rd attempt to see a diet expert in last six years. I could say it really worked very well this 1st time.

After taking consultation and trying Tripti's healthy food advice on desirable timings, it really helped me reduce 7 kgs in just 2 months and still getting feels like that I can do more easily in coming days. With her suggestions on starting vitamin supplements, I really feel energetic. Honestly, once u go reduce weight and gain even little bit control on healthy habits, u can spend more & quantity time with your loved ones, even after the long day of work in the evening.

I really appreciate the efforts taken by Tripti by giving timely suggestions on healthy lifestyle in very easy to do manner every time I needed and her constant follow ups and also her regular updates on healthy diets.

I was told I will have to apply a numbing cream and wait for 30 minutes and that is what happened in session 1. In session 2, the doc tells me she will start the session in 30 minutes but for 1.5 hours they make me wait and when I say that’s not right. They tell me that no one complains and it is expected for a patient to wait. I said if they had told me in advance I could have planned my day accordingly, but no response to that. The doctor just kept saying - it is expected for you to wait. What horrible un empathetic service is this. I am never going back here and I will tell everyone I know also to never go back here.
