*** ** **** *** ***** I had so many health issues including the weight issue. I was not able to walk more than 5mins, pain in feets, tiredness in morning, too much of sleep, high weight and so on.

I was told I will have to apply a numbing cream and wait for 30 minutes and that is what happened in session 1. In session 2, the doc tells me she will start the session in 30 minutes but for 1.5 hours they make me wait and when I say that’s not right. They tell me that no one complains and it is expected for a patient to wait. I said if they had told me in advance I could have planned my day accordingly, but no response to that. The doctor just kept saying - it is expected for you to wait. What horrible un empathetic service is this. I am never going back here and I will tell everyone I know also to never go back here.

I had a great experience, infact she was like a life saver to me. I was in terrible stomach pain and the GP, doctors in hospital could not diagnose anything here in Australia. This went on for about 20 days. Finally, I contacted Sonali mam, and after talking to me & understanding my symptoms, she immediately told me that it's a hyperacidity and nothing else. She then guided me through the diet, and it immediately started helping me by reducing the pain. I was totally out of pain in 2 days following her diet. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
