As it was my 3rd attempt to see a diet expert in last six years. I could say it really worked very well this 1st time.

After taking consultation and trying Tripti's healthy food advice on desirable timings, it really helped me reduce 7 kgs in just 2 months and still getting feels like that I can do more easily in coming days.
