Visited clinic as I was having slight pain in lower left side molar. Upon investigation, it was found that the wisdom teeth has remained inside and a cyst was developed around it, also affecting the molar. Doctor suggested for 3D imaging to know the periphery of cysts. 3D images showed the cyst has almost reached the jaw line. Doctor suggested immediate surgery to remove the molar, wisdom teeth and the cyst. Doctor told me all possible implications of the surgery as major portion of jaw and important nerves were affected. Complicated surgery was performed at the clinic. Doctor did the surgery very carefully and skillfully. It went for almost 3-1/2 hours. Doctor and staff did it continuously with lots of patience. I did not felt any pain. They gave me a lot of comfort before and during surgery and also gave valuable instructions to extend cooperation during surgery. The tooth's and cyst were removed successfully. Entire region affected by cyst was cleaned and disinfected. Post surgery, Doctor gave all important instructions very clearly and asked me to visit next day for follow-up. Next day, Doctor tested for any possible implication but there was nothing, everything went well. Doctor also did further examinations on cyst sample to rule out possibilities of any odontogenic keratocyst or ameloblastoma. Pathology report showed it as dentigerous cyst only. I am very satisfied with overall approach of the entire team and the treatment. Excellent Experience.

I had booked an appointment with a specific request that the treatment starts on time. Accordingly I reached 15 min before the scheduled time. The staff didn't give specific information about the whereabouts of the Doctor when I asked and when we got to know that the Doctor was not present in the clinic they kept telling us that the Doctor will be reaching in 5 min. 45 min of wait and I had to walk out without being treated. I can't comment on the doctor's treatment but definitely if the doctor has given me an appointment for 1800 the doctor can't start from home at 1820 towards the clinic and if it's an emergency, it's best to keep us posted . If the clinic works on the principle of lies, one can imagine how much faith can be placed in the treatment of the Doctor.

Subject: Concern Regarding Water Hygiene During Treatment

My treatment itself went well, but I’m facing an unexpected issue. I suspect that the water used during the procedure—possibly from an overhead tank—was not hygienic. It appears that the same water may have been used for rinsing during my bleaching treatment, and as a result, the sensitive skin on my upper and lower lips has peeled.

Given the nature of the procedure and the condition of my lips afterward, I’m concerned that contaminated water may have entered my system. While I understand it’s difficult to prove this conclusively, I’d like to explain why I believe this could be the cause.

I’m visiting from the U.S. and have been extremely cautious about hygiene—I do not eat or drink cold food from outside, I carry my own water bottle, and I clean my hands regularly with wipes. However, I began feeling unwell late last night, and today I’m experiencing high fever, chills, sore throat, and headache.

If you are charging a premium for services, I sincerely urge you to ensure that clean, safe water is used at all times—especially during patient procedures.

I was taken Dr. Vikaram Deshmukh appointment to operate me ...but he was not the person who operated me.... operating person is different.

I did not get much information about my concern.

They told me to visit again.

The actual person who knows about invis align and braces was not there, then why they gave me the appointment at that day which actual person is not present.

Waste of money.

Doctor is highly experienced , very friendly and explained me in detail about my Tooth issue and given me forward path. He removed my Tooth very safely and almost without pains.
