During lockdown period and staying in home I eventually increased 15 kg weight and I was about very close to type-2 diabetes and high-blood pressure, as well as due to sudden increase in weight that too 15 kg, I came under Obesity and trying new methods to control the weight.

I had high cholesterol problem and i was over weight.after taking and following the diet plan given by Dr. , I see changes in my body and started loosing fat. Before taking diet plan I had tried eating less calories and going gym for muscle building but unable to reduce fat but after taking diet from the Dr. I had started loosing fat and gained strength as well.

I decided to reduce weight and was searching for a dietician. The challenge was, my sleep pattern. Found Dr. Rupal's profile on practo. Initially I was a bit skeptical but still went ahead for the consultation. Mam patiently heard me out during the consultation. She kept my dietary preferences in mind and came up with a plan.
