I started my counseling with her when I thought I was very critical (I had claustrophobia) and wasn't even able to think about any thing else other that my fear. she explained me the causes due to which I had that mental feeling. It's been 4 sessions now and I am feeling awesome, great wonderful. The way she explains the cause, consequences and methods to overcome your illness is amazing. It has worked wonders for me.
