It's my first time experience for a surgery so I was quite nervous since the day I was injured to the day surgeon Surendra suggested for a surgery (for complete or good recovery). I was little afraid thinking about the surgery or recovery period even after Surgery but the treatment process was very smooth . Reaching home from hospital was a challenge but after 2-3 weeks of surgery I feels normal. I personally faced a lot of challenges at home in daily routine & living but today approximately after 2 months, condition of my leg is good & getting better day by day.

Excellent services and co operations from nursing staff(Sister Vaibhavi, Mrunali etc..) and maama as well. They are very helpful and treated me as a family member. If you are expecting any Orthopedic Surgery then this is the best hospital in Pune, you should consider. Rooms are very good and all the required instruments are highly available for patients.All staffs are very very good.very much appreciate...

Physiotherapy doctors (Dr. Priyanka Sharma) are very excellent as well.

Most noticable thing is the doctor's response & diligent behaviour towards patient that had greater impact on cure me better than medicines. Not satisfied, did not even look at the x rays properly, he made us wait for 25 Mins, and just looked at the reports for 2 mins and did not even explain the issue, this happened twice, 1st time I gave benefit of doubt (also they say that 1st time his assistant will see you not the doctor), 2nd time he was busy in other cabin with other patient, just came after 25 mins of wait and couldn't even tell us if fracture was properly healed. They charge 500rs for wrist x rays which is way too much.not satisfied, not recommending anyone.

Very experienced Professional and a thorough gentleman. Explains the condition very well and answer every single query and removes fear from us.

My mother was suffering from extreme Knee pain, even she was not able to walk for 5 minutes distance.

But Dr. Surendra Patil, first build the confidence in her and suggested some initial Physiotherapy for few days to be done which will give better result & then did the Bilateral Knee replacement surgery. After surgery she is fine and can walk easily even for long distance.

they charged 500 Rs for wrist x-ray, when I asked the explanation was given, 'You can go to other hospital, we will charge like this. I would not suggest anyone to go. This hospital is not to provide solution,

Dr. Patil's prescriptions for my wife's knee problem has been great. Though advised to undergo 3 months medication, the first month itself has reduced the pain and swelling considerably. The medications are purely on the actual pain(areas) experienced by the patient and that's a big relief. Dr. Patil can totally be relied upon to find and suggest solutions on the actual ailment. I, too was diagnosed with bone pain issue and based on Dr. Patil's advice have been recovering well. Based on my own experience, I suggested my wife to seek treatment from the dictor and I am happy that the decision has been helpful.******** ** *** ********* ********* ** Dr. Patil, one would find it rather painstaking to get his appointment on time. The doctor is very rude. Does not give time to listen to your problems and prescribe medicines straight away. Not at all friendly. Overall experience was very uncomfortable *** *** ** *** *******

Dr. Surendra Patil puts the patient at ease. He answers all questions patiently and in very up ftont in explaining the health issue and subsequent treatment. He has a terrific wit which helps in establishing a bond with the patient. ** ** **** ************* *** *********. I was very satisfied with the doctor and highly recommended him.
