I was going through a really difficult time in my life when I decided to see Omkar for counseling. I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious, and I didn't know what to do. Omkar was friendly, understanding and supportive. He helped me to understand that I might be struggling with anxiety and depression, and he suggested that I see a psychiatrist for medication. I was hesitant at first, but Omkar explained how the medication could help me, and I'm so glad that I listened to him. After just a couple of weeks of counseling and medication, I'm feeling so much better. My anxiety has reduced significantly, and I'm starting to feel more optimistic. I am continuing therapy with Omkar.
