I am professional weight lifter... last time i was in india camp where i got my knee hurt ... after the camp i visited Dr Roshan and Dr Soniya .. they assessed my knee and then they gave me some exercise protocol ... within like 1 week i felt like my knee is absulately fine .. now i dont have pain while squatting ...

Explained not to over exert. How to do warmup exercise & do certain exercise to relax the muscles. I liked the atmosphere over there & the new approach. I felt very & comfortable. Thanks keep it up.
