Modern medicine does not have medicine on balance problems. There is only vestibular rehabilitation. The anti-histamine has a lot of side effects.

It was almost one and half year back when I was losing hopes to get better. I went to consult Dr. Smita Joshi for OCD and Anxiety problems. I was super nervous at first, but Dr. Smita made me feel comfortable and understood. She listened to all my problems and concerns very attentively and walked me through how we will be going about with the therapy.

During mid April 2021 we all were (6 of us) tested positive for Covid-19. Our parents are above 75years and 80years. It was a panic situation.

We approached Dr. Smita Joshi, who has been our consulting Homeopath for more than 15years, over the phone and appraised her of the situation.

I have been going to Dr. Smita Joshi with regards to my performance anxiety in exam/test situations since April 2025 till December 2025 with a 1-2 month gap in between. I had hit a plateau with regards to my performance due to a chronic anxiety issue I had been facing since my school days.

First, my conversations with her made me realize the potential causes of how this anxiety started. Subsequently, through hypnotherapy and counselling, she was able to reduce my anxiety in those situations. Subsequently, I finally gave my exam in December 2025 and aced it.
