The consultation fees mentioned on the web is false...i was charged 800/-just to tell me i need some tests to be done and then after line of treatment can be discussed. If the consultations fees just to check BP and weight is 800/-...its too much.

The fees amount on the web page should be rectified...so that other patients wanting to consult after referring to practo know and understand the fees structure...dissapointed

Dr Agarwal is an extremely busy doctor but he never hurries up the consultation process. He asks all the relevant questions and prescribed the necessary investigations to come to the correct diagnosis. He keeps calm and gives expert counseling as well.

The waiting time is terrible. The appointment is given for one time and they waiting period is 2-3 hours. What is the point of booking a time slot for the appointment if the doctor cannot address the patient at the given time? A person can wait once, twice but if the same thing repeats for the third time too then there it just doesn’t make sense in continuing the treatment with this doctor.

Is there any importance of the patient’s time in today’s world or only because he is a doctor we need to understand?

We reach out to a specific doctor for our health concerns and with the expectation that we’ll be addressed quickly and can continue with our lives and our work.

This is just horrific behaviour coming from a reputed doctor and their team.
