Even after taking an appointment our session started an hour late. The doctor seemed a little too quick to judgement. When the time came for billing the actual fees were Rs1000 more than what's shown on Practo.
Worse, two days later when my sister (the patient) needed urgent help, the doctor was again not reachable for 2 hours, when we finally connected with him he without even listening to what was happening completely just said what's happening is not because of the meds and you should take her to a local docter and hung up the phone.
