Visited for neck and upper shoulder pain. ********* *** **** **** *** doctor explained in detail what was the problem, why it was happening and what steps to do in order to avoid the pain.
Started with the therapy and within 2 sittings the pain was gone. Then doctor advised to start with exercise to train the muscles and gain strength in the muscles.
Overall very satisfied with the experience with Dr.Stella & Dr. Twinkle.
Would definately recommend.

Right kind of exercises suggested and close follow up of additional exercises done at home has improved the range and strength of ankle movement to a great extent within a span of four weeks. My compliments to Dr. Mamin Joshi and Dr. Riddhi who gave personal attention during the treatment .

I came for lower back pain and stiffness in the back. They explained the problems very clearly. Intially they started treatment with machine for a week followed by basic muscle exercises. Always asked to do proper attention on Do's &Don'ts during the whole day. How to walk, sit , sleep etc.. The exercises increased progressively. Based on the treatment the back pain has gone.
The staff were very cooperative and helpful Explained everything with proper demo before doing anything. It was really good experience and would recommend it to anyone.

As i reached there, they were very prompt in attending me, so there was no wait time
Then Dr.Twinkle and Dr.Stella were very Good at explaining the issue and its cause
They focussed on no-medicine only exercise schedule for a period of 28 days
They also informed about the care to be taken at home and the exercises that could be done while sitting on the office chair
Combination of all these exercises for a period of 28 days have improved my condition a lot
However they have advised me to continue these exercises at home for a period of 2-3 months with regular follow-ups which are free of cost
I am definitely seeing a lot of improvement in my condition and would recommend the doctors for physiotherapy
