** *** **** **** ********* * *** ** ** ***** I visited there for my tooth problem. They suggested to do root canal. We decided to go for same. doctor suggested us to have a good quality cap as it will go for min 10 years. Agreeing to that we did the same. But now after 2 years the tooth started paining and the cap which was guaranteed to be for 10 years start removing is coating and one day it came out.
We shifted to Bangalore 1 year so cannot go and complaint in Pune.

The doc wasn't available at the clinic.
I saw him leave in front of my eyes and the person in-charge there at the clinic told me flat lies that the doc was out of city.
I said that he could have cancelled the appointment and i was told that there wasn't an appointment ever made.
Its a request for the doctors out there.
Why do you accept appointments when you cant make it.
Totally unprofessional behavior.
It has been good experience, nice treatment, I am happy for the treatment. Doctor advices is best. all together satisfy.
