Mitosis Hospital, Wakad

We visited Mitosis clinic for maternity check up and for almost 7 months my wife was under Dr Bhakti treatment, no doubt that Dr Bhakti treatment is good and she explain everything and is very friendly with her patients.

We had already discussed with Dr Bhakti that for pregnancy delivery we will be going to our hometown and she also said that people prefer their first pregnancy delivery at their hometown only.

But she said keep me informing and update me with reports and very next week my wife was suffering from severe cold and cough regarding which we wanted to consult with Dr Bhakti so that whatever treatment we are taking is proper.

We were sending our queries over whatsApp as the receptionist told us that we will get response over it. But unfortunately we were not getting any from Dr Bhakti and then we tried calling to clinic where we got to know that she was busy, but Dr Shailja is present so we asked her to connect with Dr Shailja but then she said Doctor don't talk over phone if you want to talk then you have to visit clinic, I told her Dr Bhakti only told us to connect if needed but then she started yelling and using foul language.

Overall I will say Doctors are good but treatment from staff is very bad and the language and behaviour is inferior.

It is my pleasure to write this review of Dr Bhakti. I feel very fortunate that she is my gynecologist. Dr.Bhakti Mam, is warm welcoming, ********* ************* *** ******Not only a well renowned expert in her field but a truly caring doctor.She is attentive to all of your need.She is always accessible by either phone or whatsapp.She takes her time to thoroughly explain things and answers all questions.

I enjoyed my pregnancy just because of her.

Without her normal delivery wouldn't be possible though my water break at home.I had almost lost my hopes of normal delivery.But she was pretty much confidence about me.Even after delivery also she helped me lot to recover my post pregnancy issues.My entire pregnancy journey was very amazing and comfortable.

Thank you very much Dr. Bhakti for taking good care of us and safely delivering our baby boy.

When we (my husband and I) decided to conceive, we searched many gynaecologist on internet.

We chose to meet Dr Bhakti just by seeing her pic with smiling face and guess what our decision turned the best one.

She is the Best doctor I have ever met.

During entire pregnancy she guided on everything which was needed. She spends enough time explaining what is happening inside you , what are the changes, how to deal with whatever situation you are into. She has fantastic way of speaking which makes you feel good about yourself ( my view-Generally doctors are reserved and people fear talking to them).

Honestly I used to wait for her follow up meeting.

Just because of her I had no worries about anything during entire pregnancy and for my delivery. You can trust her decisions blindly. Even post delivery she is guiding and keeping follow up. I had the best experience with her.

We are truly grateful to Dr Bhakti for all her care and love.

We came across Dr. Bhakti’s profile on Google search, and then scrolling through other reviews where our requirement was to get some immediate assistance whenever required since it was a kind of high risk pregnancy.

Told her about the full history and was glad to practically know that she was available via Phone or WhatsApp most of the time whenever we needed her guidance. She prescribed all the right medication with right care and more importantly at the right time. We were informed of SOS medicines too that helped to get through some tough times during the course. She has enough time listening to her patients queries and advising like a family member.

Finally the day and the best decision by Bhakti Ma'am, was asked to get my wife admitted and after a few required check-ups were advised to go for the delivery procedure. Waiting further could have been fatal given the fluctuating parameters. Everything went perfectly well and both the mother and the baby were doing well after a few days of recommended hospitalization.

She is a very friendly doctor and ensures her patients are comfortable when explaining all the details about a particular scenario, also recommends tests and scans only when required helping to avoid unnecessary costs incurred by patients.
