P L E A S E R E A D T H I S B E F O R E B O O K I N G:So I went to her for RCT. She completed the RCT in 4 sittings. She had called me the 5th time for permanent filling and capping. My tooth was paining during and after the treatment so my brother who is also a dentist (back home) asked me to send him the X ray before getting capping done and so I asked the doctor to share the Xray but she refused to share and said she can only give the Xray done on my untreated tooth. I thought maybe that's how it works so did not forcefully asked but since I was in pain so I saw another doctor before getting capping done for a 2nd opinion and after getting X ray done I found out that Dr. Poonam Rathi had broken 2 instruments inside my mouth one of which is in the canal and another one is in the jaw. ****** **** ** ********* ******* I saw a specialist to reconfirm *** ** **** ** *** **** ***** *** **** *** * **** ** *** * * * * * * * **** ** *** *** * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * **** ** ****** The biggest problem here is that is why she did not give me the X ray or informed me ***** *** ****** *** instead recommended me capping and that too the costliest one. ***** *********** *** ** ****** ******* ** *** *** **** All I wanted was to get a simple RCT done for my tooth cavity and now I have to go through S U R G E R Y. * **** ******** *** ****** **** *** **** ************ *** ** *** *** **** ******* ** ****** ** ** *** ******* * ********* ******* *** ********** *** ** **** *** *** *** **** **** ****** *** **** ** *** * ** *** ***** ******* ** **** ****** ****** *** ******** ***** My tooth still is paining so much and I am scared af for the S U R G E R Y *** *** *** ******** **** **** ** **** *** *** ************* ** * *** *** **** ******* ****** * ******** **** ***** ***** *** ****** * ***** *** ***** ***** *** **** ** *** ******** * ** *** ********** *** * ******** **** ** * * * * * * *** **** **** ******* **** ***** And even after complaining to Practo they've just asked me to write a review about it. * ** *** ********** *** ******* **** *** **** ** ** ** **** *********** We trust Doctors with our lives and this is what we get in return?

Dr. Kushal Rathi is very professional on what they do. He is very good with kids. My 5yrs old daughter underwent root filing treatment. Entire treatment went very smoothly. The clinic is very well maintained. Thanks for taking care of my daughter's dental health.

My mother in law visited for the problem of cavities and gum infection caused by loose teeth. Doctor gave some medicines to cure the infection and prescribed an x-ray. On the follow up appointment he explained the cause of the issue and further treatment required. Root canal was performed for another tooth which had cavities. Doctor Rathi gave appointments proactively and followed up on her health regularly. We will certainly recommend Dr Rathi for any dental problems.

Both, Kushal and Poonam are very experienced doctors. They will make sure that you understand the issue and how are they going to proceed with the treatment. It was my second time visiting them (first, it was a couple of years back when they performed root canal on my tooth). I would highly recommend them if you want to get over your dental issues.
