I do not recommend the doctor

Never visit here. They didn't explicitly mention that just for talking they will charge 500 bucks. Neither they give you cash memo, so all the money is going in doctor's pocket and nor they pay tax for it.

Doctor is Self-aggrandizing and doesn't really know to talk nicely.
